Current to 10 Oct 26Dean Hargreaves asked how to view a customer account and recent calls in one place for quick reference between calls. Callie Brennan explained the account view with timeline filtering and recommended adding frequent accounts to favourites.
Problem: Dean needed a consolidated view of customer account details and call history for rapid access during busy days.
Handling: Callie showed him the account view with its timeline filter and favourites feature, designed for exactly this workflow.
Watch: Straightforward feature adoption with high practical value. No escalation needed.

- created · Dean Hargreaves 15 Feb 2024 11:34Hi, I need to be able to pull up one of our retail customers' account details along with their recent call records. I'm between calls a lot of the day and need to see everything in one place so I can spot if they're having issues. How do I do this in the brain? Cheers, Dean
- public_reply · Callie Brennan 15 Feb 2024 13:00Thanks for getting in touch, Dean. That's exactly what the account view is built for. Here's how: go to the search bar at the top and type in the customer's company name or account ID. When their account card comes up, click to open the full account view. You'll see a timeline on the right side that pulls in all their recent calls, emails, and tickets automatically. You can scroll through to see what's been happening. If you need to focus just on calls, use the filter button at the top of the timeline to narrow it down. I'd suggest setting up a couple of accounts you check regularly as favourites – there's a star icon you can click. Then they're right there at the top of your search next time you log in. Before you get going, let me know if you want a walk-through. Thanks, Callie
