What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26On 25 Feb 2026, dashboards timed out during the nightly refresh for the third time that week, blocking a team of six. Bethan Lister and Ewan Pryce identified slow refresh performance and confirmed completion.
Problem: Dashboards timed out during early morning refresh, a pattern repeating three times in one week, blocking the team's ability to answer capacity-provider questions. Handling: B-Brain identified that the nightly refresh ran slower than usual but found no errors; the refresh completed and dashboards became responsive. Root cause was performance degradation on B-Brain's platform during peak business hours. Watch: Slow refresh during peak usage time blocks team access; pattern suggests infrastructure scaling risk for this customer.

- internal_note · Bethan Lister 25 Feb 2026 11:13Dashboard timeouts during morning refresh. Logs show refresh running slower than usual. No errors found – seems to be performance degradation on our side. Escalating to Ewan.
- created · Callum Reid 25 Feb 2026 17:07The dashboards are timing out this morning, which is affecting my team's ability to answer capacity-provider questions. This is the third time this week it's happened, always during the early morning refresh. What I need: are you seeing this from your end, when will the refresh complete, and what can we do on our side to speed things up?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 25 Feb 2026 18:57Thanks for reporting this. We've now identified that the nightly refresh was running slower than usual this morning, but it has now completed. There are no errors in our system logs – the refresh just took longer than expected. Your dashboards should be responsive now. Can you confirm things are loading normally on your end? Thanks, Bethan
