What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Phil Catterall asked whether the brain can ingest Salesforce and the support system together, and what the SLA is if the partner data connector fails. Matteo Ricci answered and pushed for the proposal stage. No customer reply follows.
Ask: Phil, the Data Platform Manager, wanted simultaneous ingestion confirmed and a service answer for a failed partner data connector. He said more detailed questions would follow his review of the architecture document.
Customer view: Phil's questions are technical and cautious. Matteo's 23 Mar 2026 reply gave only that Enterprise customers have priority incident response, with no figure.
Next: there is no customer response to Matteo's request to move to the proposal stage.

- Matteo Ricci 17 Mar 2026 11:13Dear Clare and Phil, Thank you both for the time yesterday. I wanted to follow up with a summary of what we discussed and confirm next steps. Hannah will send you separately a detailed architecture overview for your data stack. In the meantime, could you both review the proposal draft and flag any concerns? We're planning to propose on 23 Mar 2026. Does that timeline work for your team? Best regards, Matteo
- Phil Catterall 18 Mar 2026 10:15Thanks Matteo, A couple of questions on the architecture: can the brain ingest from Salesforce and our support system at the same time? And what's your SLA if the partner data connector fails? I'll have more detailed questions once I've reviewed the architecture doc. Phil
- Matteo Ricci 23 Mar 2026 14:11Dear Clare and Phil, Thank you for your questions. Hannah confirms the architecture supports simultaneous ingestion from Salesforce and your helpdesk system. On connector issues, Enterprise customers have priority incident response. We'd like to move to the proposal stage now. Are you ready to proceed? Best regards, Matteo
