Current to 11 Oct 26On 2 Oct 2026 Jordan sent Frank Delgado and Heather Bauman the Enterprise proposal. Frank replied that the security review comes first and asked who else in insurance uses BB-Demo and the risk if the connection fails.
Ask: Frank, the Chief Operating Officer, wants the security review before anything else. Heather is to name the owner and coordinate with vendor management.
Customer view: He also wants reference customers in insurance and an account of the risk if the connection to their systems fails. These are due diligence questions, not objections to price.
Next: Theo can only start the review once the customer names its owner. The 8 Jan 2027 signature date is a plan until the reviews are complete.

- Jordan Pike 2 Oct 2026 10:07Hi Frank, Heather, Thanks for the time on the call. As promised, here's the short version of the proposal. Enterprise tier, one view of each agency across agency management and underwriting operations. The total deal value is £155,000, which includes the one-off implementation. The target for signature is 8 Jan 2027, though that's only a plan until your reviews are complete. To be transparent, the security review hasn't started yet. Frank, I understand you want that before anything else. Theo, our solutions engineer, can start as soon as you tell us who on your side owns it. Thanks, Jordan
