Current to 11 Oct 26Jordan Pike proposed a working walkthrough on the customer's data. Heather Bauman offered Thursday afternoon and asked what the agent sees at the end. Jordan replied three days later and apologised for the gap.
Ask: Jordan asked for a slot for a walkthrough where the customer's people drive. Heather asked for her data team contact and underwriting colleague to be on the invite.
Customer view: Heather moved quickly, replying within minutes, and wants clarity on what the agent sees. Jordan's answer took until 4 Sep 2026.
Next: Jordan sends the Thursday invite and starts from the agency record.

- Jordan Pike 1 Sep 2026 12:50Heather, Quick one. After the first session, the next step is a working walkthrough where your people drive and we answer. Same format as before, short and on your data. Could we find a slot later this week or early next week? Tell me what suits and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Jordan
- Heather Bauman 1 Sep 2026 13:01Jordan, Thursday afternoon is the best I can do this week. Anything after lunch is fine. My data team contact and the colleague from underwriting operations both need to be on it, so please make sure the invite reaches them as well. What does the agent see at the end of it? That's what I'll want to be clear on. Thanks, Heather
- Jordan Pike 4 Sep 2026 10:26Heather, Sorry for the gap, I wanted to confirm our solutions engineer's diary before I came back to you. Here's where we are: I'll send an invite for Thursday afternoon with your data team contact and your underwriting operations colleague on it. If that slot doesn't hold, tell me and I'll offer another straight away. On your question, we'll start the session from the agency record an agency manager would open, and show what sits behind it, so you can see it the way your people would. Thanks, Jordan
