What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Heather Bauman agreed to a demo on her own agency data, but wants her security team to see the list of records before anything is loaded. She proposed Thursday afternoon at 14:00 and asked for service ticket questions to be covered.
Ask: Jordan Pike proposed loading a small sample of agency and policy records ahead of the demo, inside the customer's Snowflake account.
Customer view: Heather is willing to proceed but conditions it on security sign-off: "Nothing goes in until they've seen the list." She will bring a data team contact and an underwriting operations colleague.
Next: Jordan sends the invite and walks Heather through the data piece again.

- Jordan Pike 5 Aug 2026 09:09Heather, Thanks for the time on the call. Here's where we are: you want to see one view of each agency, and you want to see it on your own data, not a canned example. To be transparent, the demo works best if we load a small sample of your agency and policy records ahead of time. Nothing leaves your Snowflake account, and your security team can look at exactly what we touch before we start. Our solutions engineer will run the session and I'll be on the line. What would make this a yes? If you can give me a couple of afternoon slots next week, I'll lock one in and send the invite. I'd suggest we keep it tight and focused on what an agency manager sees when they open an agency. Thanks, Jordan
- Heather Bauman 7 Aug 2026 08:18Jordan, Thanks for sending this. Walk me through the data piece once more when we talk, because I want to be sure our security folks are comfortable before anything gets loaded. Nothing goes in until they've seen the list. Thursday afternoon next week works for me, say 14:00. I'll bring someone from our data team and a colleague from underwriting operations so they can see the agency view for themselves. I'd like the questions on service tickets answered in the same session, so let's keep this moving and not let it run long. Send the invite when you have it. Thanks, Heather
