Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye gave formal renewal notice for the Growth subscription ending 21 Nov 2025. Nigel Ferris asked for a call and the bottom line. Esther cited £39,600 a year, a dip in usage and a 24 Oct 2025 target.
Ask: Esther wants the renewal agreed well before the end date. Nigel replied that he does not read long emails and wants to know what it means for clients and for costs.
Customer view: Nigel is terse and cost-focused. He has not committed to anything.
Next: Esther said she would ring Nigel and wants to discuss the usage dip with him and Zoe. The thread does not show the outcome.

- Esther Quaye 22 Aug 2025 12:10Dear Nigel, I'm the Customer Success Manager for Saltdean Hart, and I'm copying Priya Raman, who looked after the original agreement with you. This is our formal notice that your Growth subscription comes up for renewal. The current term ends on 21 Nov 2025. We would very much like you to stay with us, and I would like to agree the renewal with you well before the end date so there is no gap for your team. Could we find a time to talk it through? I'll bring a short summary of how the brain has been used across your account executives and claims team. Many thanks, Esther Quaye Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Nigel Ferris 22 Aug 2025 13:29Esther, Thanks for this. I'm afraid I don't read long emails. Give me a ring and tell me the bottom line. The clients come first and I need to know what it means for them and for the costs. Regards, Nigel
- Esther Quaye 26 Aug 2025 15:56Dear Nigel, Thank you for coming back to me, and apologies for the length of my first note. Here is the bottom line in brief. You have the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users, at £39,600 a year, and it runs until 21 Nov 2025. We would like to have the renewal settled by 24 Oct 2025 so nothing is left to the last minute. Usage has dipped a little this quarter, and I would like to talk that through with you and Zoe so the brain keeps earning its place for the clients' work. I'll ring you rather than wait. Would a morning later this week suit? Just tell me which one and I'll make sure I'm free. Priya is copied in case there is anything on the commercial side you would like to raise with her. Many thanks, Esther Quaye Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
