Esther Quaye proposed the Growth plan quarterly review. Zoe Kendrick chose Wednesday morning and set two priorities: faster claims queries and account executives sharing more of what they know.

Ask: Zoe wants claims queries answered faster and the account executives to share more knowledge, and asked whether both can be covered.

Customer view: engaged and constructive, though stretched by renewals on the broking side. A claims team lead will join.

Next: Esther prepares the usage picture and answers the two priorities.

Hi Zoe, It is time to get our quarterly business review in the diary. As part of the Growth plan we go through how the brain has been used, what has worked for the account executives and the claims team, and what you would like to see next. I will pull together the usage picture beforehand so we do not spend the time on numbers. Usage has been climbing nicely, so I think it will be a good conversation. All I need from you is a rough idea of what matters most to you this quarter, and who else should be in the room. Would a slot early next week suit? Say Tuesday or Wednesday, an hour at most. Many thanks, Esther

Hi Esther, Thanks for this. Next week is better than this one, we're stretched with renewals on the broking side. Wednesday morning would be good. Priorities from me: claims queries answered faster, and getting the account executives to share more of what they know. Can you cover both? I will ask one of the claims team leads to join. Thanks, Zoe
