Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye asked Zoe Kendrick for a check-in. Zoe agreed to Thursday at 10:30 and asked whether the claims team can see the same pages as the account executives.
Ask: Zoe accepted the check-in and asked whether claims staff see the same pages as the account executives, offering two or three of them to join.
Customer view: positive but stretched, with a slow reply because the team is busy. Esther reported rising logins and nothing outstanding on support.
Next: Esther needs to answer the access question before the meeting.

- Esther Quaye 17 Mar 2025 15:10Hi Zoe, I hope your week has started well. Just so we're aligned, it is a little while since we last had a proper check-in, and I would like to book half an hour to see how the account executives and the claims team are getting on with the brain. Things look healthy from where I sit: more people are logging in than a few weeks ago, and there is nothing outstanding on the support side. I would still like to hear it from you, including anything you wish worked differently. Could you do Tuesday or Thursday next week? Morning is easiest for me, but I can work around you. I've logged the request so I will not lose track of it. Many thanks, Esther
- Zoe Kendrick 20 Mar 2025 15:18Hi Esther, Sorry for the slow reply, we're stretched this month. Thursday next week works, ideally mid-morning, say 10:30. Quick question: can the claims team see the same pages as the account executives, or do I need to sort that on our side beforehand? Happy to have two or three of them join if so. Thanks, Zoe
