Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan sets out what BB-Demo needs after the kickoff call: connector access, a first-user list and a named day-to-day admin. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Callie asks Abi Coombes for written service account access to the CRM and helpdesk, asks Zoe Kendrick for a rough list of first users, and assumes Abi will be admin.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so nothing is agreed in writing yet.
Next: Callie will not start any connector without written access. She notes the 40 Growth users leave room to bring the claims team in from the start.

What I need from your side is: - Written access for the connectors we agreed: Abi to set up the service accounts in your CRM and the helpdesk and send me the details. - A short list of who in the account executive team and the claims team should be set up first. Zoe, a rough list is fine at this stage. - Confirmation of who will be the day-to-day admin. Abi, I have assumed that is you. What I will do: once the access is with me, I will map the fields and check the mapping before we switch on the refresh. I will not start any connector until I have the access in writing, so there is no rush to chase me, but the sooner it arrives the sooner your first refresh lands. You are licensed for 40 users on Growth, so there is plenty of room to bring the claims team in from the start. I will send a setup note once the first refresh is done so Abi can run things alone. Natalie is copied and will be your point of contact once onboarding wraps up. Thanks, Callie
