After the demo, Priya Raman put a Growth-tier proposal of £51,600 total deal value, to close by 8 Nov 2024. Abi Coombes replied asking for the access list in writing, as the only admin.

Ask: Priya wants the proposal over the line by 8 Nov 2024. The £51,600 is the proposal's total deal value including implementation, and is an open item rather than executed paper.

Customer view: Abi wants to know what permissions the brain needs on the CRM and claims system and whether anything is copied outside their environment. Zoe and Sinead have not replied in the thread.

Next: Hannah Lowe to send the connector and access note before Abi agrees.

Hi all, Thank you for your time on the demo, it was great to see the claims questions come back from your own data. A quick recap of where we are. We've scoped the Growth tier for you. The proposal comes to £51,600 as the total deal value, which includes the one-off implementation. If we can get this over the line by 8 Nov 2024, the team can start straight after. Two things from me: - Abi, Hannah will send a short note on how the connectors are set up and what access she needs from your side. - Sinead, if you have a list of the claims queries that take longest today, send it over and we'll build them into the plan. Happy to make this easy, so shout if anything is unclear. Best, Priya

Hi Priya, Thanks for the recap. From the systems side I have a couple of questions for Hannah: what permissions does the brain need on our CRM and the claims system, and does anything get copied outside our own environment? I'm the only admin here, so I'd rather see the access list in writing before I agree to anything. Regards, Abi
