Current to 11 Oct 26After a check-in call, Fiona Drummond confirmed the team finds the brain useful and asked for a note on bringing more people on, starting with the partners who will use it most.
Ask: Fiona wants Daniel's note on onboarding new users. She prefers to start with the heaviest users and widen from there.
Customer view: positive. Relationship managers reportedly go to the brain before a client meeting, which is the value she hoped for.
Next: Daniel promised the note by the end of the following week. The forty licensed users leave room for growth before any upgrade question arises.

I always come away from these conversations with a clearer picture of how your team works day to day, so it was very useful. Just to close the loop on what we covered. Usage across the scheme-relationship team has picked up noticeably since the last time we spoke, and nothing has been raised with our support team, which I take as a good sign. You mentioned a few more colleagues who might want to get started, and that there are plenty of the forty licensed users still free for them. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a short note on how to bring the new people on, so you can decide who goes first. How is the team finding it, from what you hear informally? Best wishes, Daniel
- Fiona Drummond 25 Apr 2025 12:23Hi Daniel, Thanks for the notes, they match my recollection. The team is finding it genuinely useful, and the relationship managers keep telling me they go to it before a client meeting now, which is exactly what I hoped for. Yes, please do send the note on bringing people on. I'd like to start with the partners who'll use it most and widen from there rather than switch everyone on at once.
