Current to 11 Oct 26Priya Raman sent a Growth renewal order form for £44k. Finance Director Hamish Crawford would not sign on 27 Jan 2025 and asked for usage figures first, saying he cannot justify a bigger tier on low numbers.
Ask: Priya sent the order form for signature by 27 Jan 2025, moving Kelvinhaugh up from Starter to Growth. Hamish did not sign and asked for the usage picture for the last few months.
Customer view: he believes the numbers are low and needs to know who is using it before going to the board.
Next: Priya offered a call with Daniel to agree a sensible tier, with Starter still an option, before 8 Feb 2025.

- Priya Raman 23 Jan 2025 12:38Hi Hamish, Happy to make this easy. Attached is the renewal order form for Kelvinhaugh on the Growth tier, with a total deal value of £44,000. It moves you up from Starter so that more of your teams can use the brain, not only the scheme-relationship managers. Your current term ends on 8 Feb 2025, so if we can get this signed by Monday 27 January 2025 we keep momentum and there is no gap in service. Any questions on the wording, just shout. - Hamish Crawford 27 Jan 2025 12:39Priya, Thank you for sending this. I have read it, but I am not able to sign today. Before I go to the board for a larger commitment, I need to know who is actually using it. My understanding is that the numbers are low, and I can't justify a bigger tier on that. Let's not rush. Could you send me the usage picture for the last few months? Hamish Crawford
- Priya Raman 28 Jan 2025 14:18Hi Hamish, Fair question, and thank you for being direct. I have asked Daniel Okafor, your CSM, to pull together who has been logging in and what they have been asking, and he will send it to you this week. I would also suggest a short call with the three of us so we can go through it together and agree what a sensible tier looks like for you. If Starter is the right fit for now, we can talk about that too. The one date to keep in mind is 8 Feb 2025, when the current term ends. If we can settle it before then, there is no interruption for your team.
