What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Hamish Crawford asks again who is actually using the brain and says 15 licences with a handful of regular users is hard to justify to the board. Daniel Okafor promises a usage summary.
Customer view: Hamish says his question is the same as ever and asks not to rush anything until he sees the usage picture. Fiona and Ailsa did not write in the thread.
Ask: Daniel agrees to show who is asking what and about which schemes. He admits a good share of the licences are not yet used much.

- Daniel Okafor 10 Dec 2024 13:36Hello all, Thank you for your time on the QBR call. Just to close the loop on what we covered: - The brain is being used mainly by the scheme relationship managers when they prepare for client meetings. - Fiona and Ailsa would like a clearer view of which connected sources are feeding the most useful answers. - You have fifteen licensed users on the Starter plan, and a small group of those are regularly active. We agreed it would help to widen that group. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a short usage summary and a few suggestions for bringing more of the team in. Please shout if I've missed anything. Best wishes, Daniel
- Hamish Crawford 10 Dec 2024 14:27Daniel, Thank you for the summary. Before the summary arrives, my question is the same as ever: who is actually using it? Fifteen licences with a handful of regular users is hard to justify to the board without a clear case. Let's not rush anything. I would rather see the usage picture first. Hamish Crawford
- Daniel Okafor 13 Dec 2024 10:46Hello all, Thank you, Hamish, that is a fair question and I would rather answer it properly than quickly. I'm pulling together who is asking questions, how often, and about which schemes, so that you can see where the value is landing and where it isn't yet. I'll send that over before the end of the year. It will be plain about the fact that a good share of the fifteen licences are not yet being used much. Fiona, it would help to know which colleagues on your team you would most like to bring in, so the suggestions are practical rather than generic. Best wishes, Daniel
