Fiona Drummond agrees to a first-half December QBR and says the team find the brain useful for trustee meeting preparation. Ailsa Dunlop will join and Hamish Crawford may listen in.

Customer view: Fiona says the team find it useful for seeing a whole scheme in one place. Some of them wish they had started sooner.

Ask: she prefers Tuesday or Thursday mornings, ideally before 11:00. She will bring Ailsa for the set-up side and tell Hamish he can listen in.

Next: Daniel is to confirm a slot.

Hi Fiona, I hope the week has treated you well. I wanted to get our next QBR in the diary before the Christmas rush takes over. I'd like to walk you and the team through how the brain is being used across the scheme relationship managers, and hear what you would like it to do better. Would a call in the first half of December suit you? An hour is plenty, and I'm happy to work around your meetings with the schemes. If anyone else on your side should join, such as Hamish or Ailsa, just let me know and I'll include them. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. The team are finding it useful, particularly when they're preparing for a trustee meeting and want the whole picture of a scheme in one place. A couple of them have said they wish they had started using it sooner. A call in the first half of December works. Tuesday or Thursday mornings are best for me, ideally before 11:00. I'll ask Ailsa to join as she can speak to the set-up side, and I'll let Hamish know in case he wants to listen in. Thanks, Fiona
