Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's 5 Sep 2024 recap: usage is lower than in the spring and only a few managers open the brain regularly. Agreed actions precede a renewal review in February. No customer reply in the thread.
Customer view: per Daniel's notes, Fiona was candid that only a few managers still use it regularly, and both agreed it is habit rather than a fault. Fifteen licensed users leave room for wider use.
Next: Fiona names the managers who drifted, Daniel drafts a practical walk-through, and they review again ahead of the renewal in February.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Sep 2024 09:52Hi Fiona, Thank you for making the time today. Just to close the loop on what we covered. Usage is lower than in the spring, and you were candid that it is mostly a few of the managers who still open it regularly. You have fifteen licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more people to be benefiting. We agreed it is more about habit than about anything being broken, and that is easier to fix. What we agreed: - You will let me know which managers have drifted away, and what they would want from it. - I'll prepare a short, practical walk-through built around the scheme meetings they already have, so it feels like part of the job and not an extra. - We will look again at where things stand ahead of the renewal in February. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a draft of the walk-through. How is the team finding it after our chat? I'd value your honest view. Best wishes, Daniel
