Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor flagged fewer people using the brain than in the spring. Fiona Drummond attributed it to holidays and a busy stretch, said no one has gone off it, and offered a Thursday afternoon call.
Ask: Daniel asked for a catch-up because fewer people were using the brain, while allowing that it might be the holiday season.
Customer view: Fiona agreed the brain has slipped down the list and wants it back in the routine, without suggesting dissatisfaction.
Next: Fiona will think about which managers are not logging in, and the call is for a Thursday after lunch.

- Daniel Okafor 30 Aug 2024 17:49Hi Fiona, I hope you managed to get some time away over the summer. I wanted to drop you a line because I noticed that fewer people have been using the brain lately than in the spring. It may simply be the holiday season, and I don't want to read too much into it, but I'd rather ask than assume. Would you have half an hour next week for a catch-up? I'd like to hear how things are on your side and whether there is anything we could be doing to make it easier for the team. I'm flexible on days, so just tell me what suits. Best wishes, Daniel
- Fiona Drummond 4 Sep 2024 08:06Hi Daniel, Thanks for checking in, and you are right to ask. A couple of the team have been away and the rest have been buried in a busy stretch, so I suspect the brain has slipped down the list. I wouldn't say anyone has gone off it, but I'd like to get it back into the routine. Thursday would work for a call, any time after lunch. I'll have a think about which of the managers are not logging in so we can talk about it properly. Thanks, Fiona
