Current to 12 Oct 26Sophie Ling sent the Growth order form at a £62,000 total deal value, aiming for signature by 18 Mar 2026. Raymond Tsai asked how it splits between implementation and subscription, and what payback to plan against.
Ask: Raymond wants the split between the one-off fee and the annual subscription clear on the order form before he signs, and a payback figure to plan against.
Customer view: Sophie explained the total is the implementation fee plus the first annual subscription, shown as separate lines. She offered a one-page payback summary the next morning.
Next: the thread ends without a signature. The order form's status is not shown here.

- Sophie Ling 16 Mar 2026 08:32Hi Raymond, The Growth order form for Pemaquid Analytics is attached, ready for your signature. The total deal value is £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. We are aiming to have it signed by Wednesday 18 March 2026 so the implementation team can get started. If anything in it needs changing, tell me and I will turn it round quickly. Kind regards, Sophie Ling Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Raymond Tsai 17 Mar 2026 15:40Sophie, Thanks. Before I sign, how does the £62,000 split between the one-off fee and the annual subscription? I need that clear on the order form. Also, what's the payback we should plan against? Raymond Tsai
- Sophie Ling 17 Mar 2026 15:51Hi Raymond, The £62,000 is the total deal value: the one-off implementation fee plus the first annual subscription. The order form sets them out as separate lines, so you will see the annual subscription on its own. Nothing else is included in the total. On payback, I would rather walk you through that properly than guess in an email. I can send a one-page summary tomorrow morning if that helps ahead of signing.
