Current to 11 Oct 26Jordan Pike sets out a £62,000 Growth proposal including the one-off implementation fee, with a 18 Mar 2026 target close. CFO Raymond Tsai asks for the payback and the split between implementation and subscription before the order form.
Ask: Jordan wants the security review questions in early and asks what Raymond needs to sign off. Raymond replies with two requests: the payback on the £62,000, and the split between one-off implementation and recurring annual subscription.
Customer view: Raymond says 18 Mar 2026 is workable and wants the order form once the split is clear. He is engaged but wants the numbers first.
Next: BB-Demo owes a clear split and a payback case. The security review remains the main open item.

- Jordan Pike 11 Feb 2026 12:37Hi Caitlin, hi Raymond, Thanks for the time on our last call. Here's where we are. The proposal is for the Growth tier, so your customer success team sees each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls together. The total value of the deal is £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I am working toward a close on 18 Mar 2026, but that date is yours to move. To be transparent, the main open item is the security review, and I would like to get your team's questions in early so nothing surprises us late. What would make this a yes? If there is anything Raymond needs to see to sign off, tell me and I will get it to you. Thanks, Jordan
- Raymond Tsai 12 Feb 2026 13:03Jordan, Thanks. What is the payback on the £62,000? Please split it for me: how much is the one-off implementation and how much is the recurring annual subscription. Send me the order form once the split is clear. 18 Mar 2026 is workable on our side.
