What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Jordan Pike is arranging a live proposal walkthrough with Caitlin Mercer. She prefers Wednesday afternoon, wants the signer on the call and asks what signal is needed to hold the target date. Mostly scheduling.
Ask: Jordan wanted thirty minutes to cover scope, first connectors and the implementation timeline. Caitlin ruled out Tuesday, accepted Wednesday afternoon and asked for the signer to attend.
Customer view: she is cautious about promising the board anything without evidence.
Next: Jordan will approach the signer directly and send one invite. The target date depends on the signer's view of the numbers and agreement on the first connectors.

- Jordan Pike 30 Jan 2026 12:59Hi Caitlin, Quick one. The proposal is nearly ready and I'd like to walk you through it live rather than just send a PDF. Thirty minutes is plenty. Here's what I'd cover: scope, the connectors we'd bring live first, and the implementation timeline. Do you have a slot early next week? Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, Boston time, works best on my side. Thanks, Jordan
- Caitlin Mercer 2 Feb 2026 15:07Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply, renewals week. - Tuesday is out for me, board prep - Wednesday afternoon could work - I want Ray on the call, since he signs anything like this Can you check with him? And what's the signal you need from us to hold the target date? I don't want to promise the board anything without evidence. Best, Caitlin
- Jordan Pike 5 Feb 2026 15:21Hi Caitlin, No problem. I'll reach out to Ray directly and propose Wednesday afternoon, and I'll send one invite to both of you once he confirms. On the signal: to be transparent, the date mostly depends on two things, Ray's view of the numbers and your team agreeing the first connectors. If those land, the target stands. If not, I'd rather tell you now and move it than push you into a commitment. Thanks, Jordan
