Current to 11 Oct 26Matteo Ricci confirmed a draft £2,115 expansion of the Growth subscription. Ruud Verhoeven sees no problem but asked whether it recurs yearly and whether the current order form covers it.
Ask: Ruud will not approve until he has a written answer on whether the £2,115 is one-off or annual, and whether it is covered by the current order form or is a new document.
Customer view: supportive in principle, because account managers use the brain more, but cautious about the quarterly invoices.
Next: Matteo to answer in writing so Ruud can review it against the contract. Target close was Thursday 14 May 2026.

- Matteo Ricci 23 Apr 2026 16:00Dear Femke, dear Ruud, Thank you for your time today. As promised, let me confirm in writing what we discussed. The proposal is an expansion of your existing Growth subscription, which stays at 40 licensed users today. The total value of the expansion is £2,115. Your current subscription is unchanged and continues until 23 Nov 2026. I would rather you heard it from me directly: the proposal is a draft for your review, and nothing is final until you have both read it and are comfortable. Our target is to close it on Thursday 14 May 2026, but that is only if it works for you. Ruud, I know you will want to check how this sits against the current contract. Please tell me what you need to see and I will send it. Best regards, Matteo
- Ruud Verhoeven 23 Apr 2026 18:44Matteo, Thanks for the summary. Femke tells me the account managers are using it more, so I see no problem with the idea. Two things before I can approve. Is the £2,115 a one-off amount or does it come back every year? And is it covered by the current order form, or is it a new document? I want no surprises on the quarterly invoices. Send me the answer in writing and I will review it with the contract next to it. Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Verhoeven
