- Sophie Ling 21 Jul 2026 10:00Hi Conor, I have attached the renewal order form for Carrowkeel Software for your signature. It covers the Growth tier for 40 licensed users, and the total value on the form is £50,000. Your current contracted annual recurring revenue is £41,800, so you will see the difference against the existing term. Your current term ends on 14 Aug 2026, so it would be good to have this signed with a little room to spare. We had pencilled in 23 Jul 2026 for that. Let me know if anything on the form needs explaining. Best, Sophie Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Conor Daly 21 Jul 2026 12:36Sophie, Received. Before I sign anything, which version is the signed one? I have the original from 15 Aug 2025 and I want to check the new form against it line by line. Let's check the order form together once I have done that. I don't pay against a draft, so please confirm this is the final version and not a working copy. Conor
- Sophie Ling 24 Jul 2026 16:35Hi Conor, Following up on the below. To answer your question directly: the form I sent on Tuesday is the final version for signature, not a draft, and it replaces anything circulated earlier. The agreement from 15 Aug 2025 stays in force until 14 Aug 2026. I know the 23 Jul 2026 date we pencilled in has passed. There is no problem with that, but it would help to have the signed copy back in good time before the term ends. If you would like to go through the form on a call first, I can fit around you. Best, Sophie
