Follow-up from our QBR call

Dear Aoife, Conor and Niamh, Thank you for your time on the call. To confirm, here is what we agreed, so that everyone has it in writing. First, Niamh will keep the support ticket and product usage sources connected as they are, and I will make sure that the per-agency-group view is shared with Aoife's team in the new year. Second, Aoife will send me the list of agency groups her team most wants to watch ahead of their renewals, and I will build the usage comparison around that list. Third, I will send a short written summary of adoption since the start. Usage across the team has grown steadily, and the licensed users, forty in total, are being used more widely than at the start. Conor, as agreed, I will also send the order form reference for the Growth subscription so that your paperwork is complete. Sophie is copied for the commercial side. Dear all, Happy new year, and thank you for your patience. To confirm, Conor: the executed order form is the one signed on 15 Aug 2025. It covers the Growth tier with forty licensed users and annual recurring revenue of £41,800. I have attached nothing new, as that is the copy already in your folder, and any earlier draft is superseded by it.
