Hamza Akhtar proposed a remote training session on asking the brain questions. Siobhán Nolan replied after a delay, wanting one session soon for most of the customer success team and two support colleagues, focused on one agency group over time.

Ask: Hamza proposed about an hour and a half, using Carrowkeel Software's own agency groups as examples. He noted 40 licensed users and offered a second group later.

Customer view: Siobhán agreed to one session to start, mornings, and asked for coverage of a single agency group over time, which she expects to use most.

Next: Hamza owes her a slot. A second session depends on how the first goes.

Hi Siobhán, Following our recent call, I'd like to get a training session in the diary for your customer success team. The aim is to walk through asking questions of the brain across tickets, renewals and usage, using your own agency groups as the examples, so it feels relevant from the first minute. I'd suggest about an hour and a half, run remotely, sometime next week. It would help to know who from your side should be there and whether you would rather split it into two shorter sessions. You have 40 licensed users, so I'm happy to repeat it for a second group later if that is easier. Could you send me a couple of slots that suit you? Thanks, Hamza

Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days here. Thursday or Friday this week would be best for us, mornings if possible. I think one session is fine to start, with most of the customer success team and probably two people from our support side. We can see how it goes and do a second one if people want more. One thing I'd really like covered is how to look at a single agency group over time, since that is what we will use most. Let me know which slot works for you. Thanks, Siobhán
