Current to 11 Oct 26Sophie Ling sent Carrowkeel's CFO Conor Daly the Growth order form on 30 Jul 2025, stating a total deal value of £54k. Conor said the lines match the proposal and that he would sign the next day. The thread does not show the signed copy.
Ask: Sophie asked Conor to sign the order form by 1 Aug 2025 so the implementation team could start on plan. She stated that it supersedes any earlier draft.
Customer view: Conor checked the order form against the proposal, found the lines matched and accepted that it was the only version to sign. He removed the older draft from his folder.
Next: The evidence does not show the executed copy. Until it is on file, the order form remains an open item.

- Sophie Ling 30 Jul 2025 15:32Hi Conor, Please find the order form for Carrowkeel's Growth subscription attached, ready for signature. It reflects what we discussed: the total deal value of £53,800, with the subscription and the one-off implementation fee shown on separate lines and the payment terms written in. This is the version to sign. Any earlier draft you have is superseded by this one. If you can sign by 1 Aug 2025 we stay on plan for the implementation team to start. Let me know if anything needs a change. Kind regards, Sophie
- Conor Daly 31 Jul 2025 16:53Sophie, Thanks. I have read it against the proposal and the lines match. Fair enough on it being the only version to sign, I have removed the older draft from our folder. I will sign tomorrow and send it straight back to you. Conor
