Current to 11 Oct 26After the discovery call, Sophie Ling pencilled in £54k as the total for a Growth tier deal, with a target close of 1 Aug 2025. CFO Conor Daly replied that nothing counts for him until he has seen the order form on paper.
Ask: Sophie will send a written proposal and draft order form for Conor. She asked Aoife Mulcahy for the list of systems to connect first.
Customer view: Conor accepted the timing but said nothing agreed on the call stands for him until he has seen it on paper. He also asked that the signed version be made clear, and left product questions to Aoife.
Next: the £54k and the 1 Aug 2025 close are plans. The thread does not show whether an order form was sent or signed.

- Sophie Ling 27 May 2025 15:03Hi Aoife, hi Conor, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. It was really helpful to hear how customer success at Carrowkeel wants to read support tickets, renewals and product usage per agency group in one place. As discussed, I will put together a proposal for the Growth tier. The figure we have pencilled in is £53,800 as the total for the deal, and I will set out in the paperwork exactly what that covers so there is no ambiguity. We are working towards a target close of 1 Aug 2025, though that is a plan rather than a commitment, and it depends on what your side needs. Next steps from me: a written proposal and a draft order form for Conor to review. Aoife, if you can send over the list of systems you would like connected first, that will help us shape the proposal. Speak soon, Sophie Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Conor Daly 28 May 2025 16:22Sophie, Thanks for the summary. Fair enough on the timing. Before anything moves, please send the proposal and the draft order form in writing, with the commercial terms set out clearly. I will review the order form itself and nothing agreed on the call stands for me until I have seen it on paper. Please also make clear which version is the signed one once we get that far. Aoife will deal with the product questions. Conor
