Hamza Akhtar asked on 29 Aug 2025 for another onboarding session on unconnected sources and recent tickets. Femi Olatunji replied on 3 Sep 2025 offering Thursday morning and dropping one ticket as his own misreading.

Ask: Hamza wants to go through the sources still waiting to be connected and close off the recent support tickets. He asked Femi to bring the owner of the complaints data.

Customer view: Femi apologised for the slow reply and agreed to Thursday morning. He thinks one ticket is his own misreading of the setup and wants to go through the other.

Next: the session needs the complaints data owner present. The evidence does not show which sources remain or what the open ticket covers.

Hi Femi, Following our catch-up, I'd like to book the next onboarding session. The aim would be to go through the sources still waiting to be connected and to look at the couple of support tickets that came in recently, so we can close them off properly. Would some time early next week suit you? If you can, bring whoever looks after the complaints data, as I think we'll need their view on how it should be shown alongside the partnership records. Let me know what works. Thanks, Hamza

Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days here. Thursday morning would work for me, and I'll try to get the person who owns the complaints data to join. On the tickets, I think one of them is just me misreading the setup, so we can probably skip that one. The other I'd still like to go through. Speak soon, Femi
