Customer view: Graeme calls the figure within budget and the VAT position clear. This is a positive, unprompted confirmation.
Next: the thread does not show the form executed, so it stays an open item until signed. The £51k for 40 users is superseded only once the new form is executed.

- Lewis Kerr 18 Dec 2025 11:25Dear Graeme, The order form for the Kingdon Diagnostics renewal is attached for signature. To put a number on it, the total deal value is £119,000, and that includes the one-off implementation fee for the move to Enterprise. All figures are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate on the invoice. The new term is co-termed to your renewal, so it begins when the current Growth term ends on 5 Jan 2026. Your current annual contract value of £50,800 for 40 users is superseded once the new form is executed. We are aiming to have it signed by 22 Dec 2025. If your team would like anything changed before then, tell me today and I'll send a revised copy straight over. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
