Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye sent Graeme Charlton the renewal notice: term ends 5 Jan 2026, target close 22 Dec 2025, and a proposal to move from Growth to Enterprise. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Esther asks whether Graeme wants a short call or would rather Lewis Kerr sent the paperwork first.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. The notice records no open tickets and no overdue invoices, so service is not a stated barrier.
Next: Lewis is to set out the annual subscription separately, co-termed to the renewal. The £119k is a total deal value, not an annual price, and the proposal is an open item.

- Esther Quaye 7 Oct 2025 15:00Dear Graeme, I hope you're well. Just so we're aligned, this is the formal renewal notice for Kingdon Diagnostics. Your current term ends on 5 Jan 2026, and I wanted you to have good notice before then. Where things stand: the renewal is open on our side with a target close of 22 Dec 2025. Your contracted annual recurring revenue today is £50,800, for 40 licensed users on Growth. The renewal proposal Lewis has prepared moves the account to Enterprise, with a total deal value of £119,000. That total is not an annual price, so Lewis will set out the annual subscription separately in his quote, co-termed to your renewal. On the service side there is nothing outstanding: no open tickets and no overdue invoices. I've logged that, so the renewal conversation can focus on what the brain is worth to your contract managers and whether the move to Enterprise is right for you. Could you let me know whether you would like a short call in the next couple of weeks, or whether you would prefer Lewis to send the paperwork first? I'm happy either way, and I have copied him so he can pick it up straight away. Many thanks, Esther
