What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26On 8 Sep 2025 Graeme Charlton declined to sign the £2,934 expansion order form. He said active numbers in the brain have been soft this quarter, asked for a short business case and told Lewis Kerr to hold the order form.
Ask: Lewis sent the order form on 4 Sep 2025, co-termed to 5 Jan 2026, and asked for signature by Monday.
Customer view: Graeme says the amount is small and within budget. His objection is value: he would be adding to a contract the company is not fully using.
Next: Lewis and Amara are to talk to Graeme's team and return with a short business case. The order form stays on hold until then.

- Lewis Kerr 4 Sep 2025 15:18Graeme, Please find the order form for the expansion attached for signature. To put a number on it, the total is £2,934 plus VAT. It is co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, so there is no separate cycle to manage. If you can sign by Monday, I will have it set up on our side straight away. Let me know if anything in it needs changing. Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 8 Sep 2025 14:59Lewis, I have not signed this yet. The amount is small and I do not doubt it is within budget. My concern is that the active numbers in the brain have been soft this quarter, and I would be adding to a contract we are not fully using. Before I commit, I want a business case: what would this expansion be used for, and by whom? Could you and Amara talk to my team and come back to me with something short? Please hold the order form for now. Graeme
