Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sent a £2,934 expansion proposal for the Growth subscription, co-termed to 5 Jan 2026. Graeme Charlton asked whether it changes the renewal figure, was told it does not, and asked for the order form.
Ask: Graeme wanted to know if the expansion sits on top of the annual amount or replaces anything. His concern was the renewal figure.
Customer view: once told the £2,934 is separate from the contracted £41,800 and replaces nothing, he asked for the order form. Aisha Bukhari is to confirm scope before he signs.
Next: Lewis sends the order form once scope is confirmed. The renewal is a separate conversation that Lewis has promised to raise.

- Lewis Kerr 14 Aug 2025 14:07Hello Aisha, Graeme, Thank you both for your time on the call. As promised, here is the expansion proposal for your Growth subscription. To put a number on it, the total comes to £2,934, with VAT shown separately on the quote. It is a one-off total for the proposal, not an annual price, and it is co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026. If you are content with the scope, we would aim to have it signed by 8 Sep 2025. I'll send the order form over as soon as you confirm. Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 19 Aug 2025 08:51Lewis, Thanks. Is that within budget? I'd like to be sure it does not change the renewal figure for January. Does it sit on top of the current annual amount, or does it replace anything? Graeme
- Lewis Kerr 20 Aug 2025 16:48Hello Graeme, Fair question. The £2,934 is separate from your contracted annual amount of £41,800 and replaces nothing in it. Your subscription continues as it is, and the proposal is co-termed so it ends on the same date, 5 Jan 2026. The renewal is a separate conversation and I'll raise it with you in good time. If it helps, I can put the two figures side by side on one page. Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 20 Aug 2025 18:22Lewis, That's clear, thank you. Let's keep it simple: send the order form. Aisha will confirm the scope matches what her team needs before I sign. Graeme
