Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread: Callie Brennan asked Joe Mallinson for attendees, example client accounts and a slot for a training session. Joe chose Wednesday at 11:00 and asked that it not run long.
Ask: Callie wanted a finance-first attendee list, two or three live client accounts and about an hour. She wants everyone to have seen how to find open roles and client complaints before the refresh is switched on for the wider group.
Customer view: Joe agreed to Wednesday at 11:00 and warned that not everyone will be free. He has not yet sent the client accounts because he is checking with a colleague.
Next: Joe to send the accounts, then Callie to send the invite.

- Callie Brennan 30 May 2024 16:27Hi Joe, Following our call earlier, here's the plan for the training session so we can get a date in the diary. What I need from your side is: - a list of the consultants who should attend, finance team first - two or three live client accounts you'd like to use as examples, so we work on your real data - a slot of about an hour that suits you I can do Tuesday or Wednesday next week, any time between 10:00 and 16:00. Before we switch on the refresh for the wider group, I'd like everyone to have seen how to find open roles and client complaints. Let me know what works and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Callie
- Joe Mallinson 30 May 2024 18:22Callie, Thanks. Wednesday at 11:00 is best for us. Tuesday is full of client calls. I'll put forward a handful of the finance consultants. Not everyone will be free, so please don't make it too long. I'll send you the client accounts tomorrow, I want to check with a colleague which ones we can use as examples. Regards, Joe
