Marketing invitation sent on 4 Apr 2026 to Douglas Forsyth, Chief Executive, for the 16 Apr 2026 webinar, referring to colleagues' work with BB-Demo. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Alice Brewer invited Douglas, or a colleague in his place, to a session aimed at senior leaders, including how organisations judge whether the investment is worth it.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the chief executive's view is not shown.

Next: the value question is the one a board cares about, so a reply would give BB-Demo an executive contact.

Dear Mr Forsyth, I'm Alice Brewer, Head of Marketing at BB-Demo. I'm writing to invite you to our online webinar on Thursday 16 April 2026, which may be of interest given the work your colleagues have been doing with us on how Corstorphine brings together what it knows about the mortgage broker firms it works with. The session is short and aimed at senior leaders as much as specialists. It covers what it looks like in practice when an organisation puts its CRM, calls, emails and tickets behind one layer that its own people can question, running inside its own Snowflake account so the data stays under its control. It will also touch on how other organisations have judged whether that is worth the investment, which I suspect is the question a chief executive and a board care about most. You are welcome to join live, and you are equally welcome to send a colleague in your place. If you would like a place, a one-line reply to this email is all I need and I will send the joining details closer to the day. Kind regards, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
