What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Jordan Pike recapped a £12k expansion proposal and asked for signature by 13 Nov 2026. Gregory Hasselbeck will not sign until the privacy officer has confirmed what changes on the data side.
Ask: Jordan recapped the proposal as sitting on top of the existing Growth subscription, with 40 licensed users unchanged, and asked for paperwork signed by 13 Nov 2026.
Customer view: Gregory's only question is risk: has the privacy officer seen what changes. He will not sign until that is confirmed.
Next: Jordan will send a one-page note for the privacy officer early next week and says he would move the date rather than rush the review.

- Jordan Pike 6 Oct 2026 15:14Danielle, Gregory, Thanks for the time on the call today. Quick recap so we are all working from the same page. Here's where we are: the expansion proposal sits on top of your existing Growth subscription. The deal value is £12,000, and it covers the work we discussed for the referral-relations team. Your contracted annual subscription stays at £50,000 and your 40 licensed users are unchanged by this. I would like to have the paperwork signed by 13 Nov 2026, which gives Hollie Grieve, your customer success manager, a clear run at the rollout. To be transparent, nothing in the proposal changes the business associate agreement you already have in place. If your privacy and security people want to see anything before you decide, tell me and I will get it to them directly. What would make this a yes? If there is a question I have not answered, send it over and I will turn it around quickly. Thanks, Jordan Jordan Pike Account Executive, US, BB-Demo
- Gregory Hasselbeck 7 Oct 2026 17:24Jordan, Thank you for the summary. Keep it simple. My question is the risk. Has our privacy officer seen what changes, if anything, on the data side? I will not sign until that is confirmed. Danielle will pull the right people together and tell you what they need. Gregory Hasselbeck Chief Operating Officer, Quarrington Care Network
- Jordan Pike 9 Oct 2026 12:07Gregory, Danielle, Understood, and that is the right order. Here's where we are. On the risk question: the expansion does not add a new category of data to the brain, and it runs inside your own Snowflake account, the same as today. I will put that in a one-page note written for your privacy officer, with the exact wording of what is and is not changing, so nobody has to rely on my description of it. Danielle, can you let me know who on your side should receive it, and whether the liaisons need to be on any call first? I know you want them to see the referrer view before anything is signed, so I am happy to set up a short walk-through for them whenever suits you. I will send the note early next week. Once privacy has looked at it, we can talk about the close date again. I am still working towards 13 Nov 2026, but I would rather move that than rush your review. Thanks, Jordan
