One of them said it changed the whole conversation. Because of that, everyone else wants in. Right now we have forty licensed users and we are running out of room. I would like to bring in the intake coordinators and a few more liaisons, about thirty more people in total. Can you send me a quote for thirty more users? I need to know how it fits with our current contract and when it would end. I have to take it to Greg before I can commit anything, so a clean, simple number would help. Jordan Pike 2 Sep 2026 08:10Hi Danielle, Great news on the liaisons. That's exactly what we hoped you'd see. Here's where we are. Extra users come in blocks of ten, so thirty more is three blocks. Each block is four thousand pounds a year, which makes twelve thousand pounds a year in total for the thirty. It would be co-termed to your current contract, so it ends on Thursday 29 April 2027 along with everything else and you only have one renewal date to manage. That would take you from forty licensed users to seventy. To be transparent, one thing could slow this down: the intake coordinators. I expect Marisol will want to look at what they can see before we turn anything on, and I'd rather she hears that from us now than finds it later. Can you tell me what the coordinators actually need to see? Referrer-level information only, or more? What would make this a yes for Greg? Happy to jump on a short call with him if that's easier. On the coordinators: they only need to see the referrer. Who they are, how many referrals, which liaison owns the relationship, and recent contact. They do not need anything on the patient side, and I would not want them to. No patient information goes by email from me, so I will keep it at that level here. I am going to take the quote to Greg and ask Marisol to confirm the access side. Let's loop in the liaisons once that is settled. I will come back to you as soon as I have both. Thanks, Danielle
