Current to 11 Oct 26Danielle Okonkwo agreed to Hollie Grieve's proposed remote training and follow-up for the liaisons, praised the single view per referrer, and asked that the follow-up cover the referral trend by referrer.
Ask: Hollie proposed a remote session and a follow-up for the liaisons, using Quarrington's own referrer data. Danielle said yes to both and will get names and slots from team leads by Friday.
Customer view: Danielle cited a liaison who knew everything about a referring physician group before a visit, and wants that for everyone. Leadership keeps asking her for the referral trend by referrer.
Next: Hollie to schedule once the list arrives, and shape the follow-up around the trend question.

- Hollie Grieve 30 Jun 2026 14:10Hi Danielle, Good to speak earlier, and thank you for being so open about how the liaisons are finding the brain. It is great to see how many of them are now asking it questions rather than building their own lists. As we discussed, I would like to set up a training session for the liaisons so more of them get the single view per referrer into their daily routine. You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room for the whole group to come on board. Here is what I suggest: - one remote session for the liaisons, kept short and based on your own referrer data - a short follow-up a couple of weeks later for questions that come up in the field - a quick look at which questions work best for preparing a visit Could you let me know which liaisons you would like included and what days next week suit them? Please do not send anything containing patient information, just names of the liaisons and times. Kind regards, Hollie Grieve Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Danielle Okonkwo 30 Jun 2026 15:10Hi Hollie, Thanks, this is great. One of the liaisons told me last week she knew everything about a referring physician group before she walked in. That is exactly what I want for everyone. Yes to the remote session and the follow-up. Let's loop in the liaisons for all three states, and I will ask the team leads for the times that work. I need the list of names and slots by Friday, so I will get that to you before then. One question: can the follow-up cover how to ask for the referral trend by referrer? That is what leadership keeps asking me for. Thanks, Danielle
