Current to 11 Oct 26Brandon Ellison, Director of Patient Services, tentatively accepted a Thursday morning training session for daily users. He asked whether it will cover lining up referral reports with the brain, with Trent attending.
Ask: Ollie proposed an hour-long online session led by the team's questions. Brandon will confirm the day and send names on Monday.
Customer view: he wants one session for daily users only, and raised the reconciliation of existing referral reports with the brain as a question.
Next: Ollie needs to answer whether the session covers report alignment and involve Trent.

- Ollie Pearson 17 Jun 2026 09:14Hi Brandon, Following on from our last call, I'd like to get a training session for your patient services team into the diary. The aim is a practical walk-through of how your team can ask the brain questions about each referring hospital, and how to find the calls, tickets and contracts together in one place. I'd suggest about an hour, run online, with your own team's questions leading. If it helps, I can do a shorter second session for anyone who can't make the first, so nobody is left out. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? Tuesday or Thursday mornings are easiest on my side, but I can move around that. It would also help to know who you would like on the invite. If there are people who will be using it daily, I'll tailor the examples to their work rather than keep it generic. Kind regards, Ollie Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Brandon Ellison 19 Jun 2026 08:48Ollie, Thanks for this. Thursday morning next week would probably work, but I need to check with a couple of the team leads first as some of them are out visiting branches. I'll confirm on Monday. One session is fine for now. I'd rather keep it to the people who will actually be using it day to day, so I'll send you a short list of names when I confirm the day. One question: will you be covering how we get our existing referral reports to line up with what the brain shows? Trent in our BI team will want to be there for that part, I suspect. Brandon
