Hollie Grieve proposed two onboarding sessions. Danielle Okonkwo agreed, named the busiest-referrer liaisons as the first group, and asked for a view of referral trend per referrer. A Thursday morning slot is pencilled in.

Ask: Hollie wanted to plan two short sessions and asked who goes first, preferred timing and the leadership question.

Customer view: Danielle is engaged and specific. Leadership wants one view per referrer showing who is sending more and who has gone quiet.

Next: Danielle sends a first-names-and-branch list, then Hollie issues invitations. The first session depends on Ollie having the connectors ready to use the customer's own data.

Hi Danielle, I'm Hollie, the customer success manager for Quarrington. Ollie has been working with you on the technical setup, and I'll be looking after adoption once your teams start using the brain day to day. I'd like to book the onboarding sessions for your referral-relations liaisons and the patient-services team. My thinking is two short sessions rather than one long one, so people can ask questions about their own referrers without a big group. A few things would help me plan: - Which liaisons should go first? A small group who will really use it tends to work best, and the others pick it up from them. - Do you have a preferred day this week or next? I can work to Chicago hours. - Is there a particular question the leadership team wants answered quickly, so we can build the first session around it? You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room to bring in more people once the first group is comfortable. Thanks, Hollie

Hi Hollie, Thanks for reaching out. Two sessions is the right call. First group: I'd start with the liaisons covering our busiest hospital referrers. Then the rest of the team follows. Let's loop in the liaisons with the longest-standing relationships. They'll set the tone. The leadership question is simple. What's the referral trend? They want one view per referrer, so they can see who is sending more and who has gone quiet. Timing: Thursday or Friday next week works. Mornings are best, before the liaisons head out to visit referrers. I need the names list by Friday, so give me a day to pull it together. I'll send it as soon as I have it. First names and branch only, nothing sensitive. Thanks, Danielle

Hi Danielle, That's very helpful, thank you. I'll pencil in Thursday morning next week for the first session and keep Friday morning free as a back-up, then send invitations once I have your list. I'll build the first session around the referral trend view, so the liaisons see their own referrers straight away. If Ollie has the connectors ready by then, we'll use your own data, which tends to land much better than a generic demo. First names and branch is perfect. There's no rush beyond what you've said, so send it when you have it. Speak soon, Hollie
