- Ollie Pearson 30 Apr 2026 09:52Hi Danielle, Welcome aboard, and thanks for the time on the last call. I'm the implementation consultant on your Growth rollout, so I'll be the person getting your sources connected and your teams up and running. I'd like to get the kickoff session in the diary for early next week. It runs about an hour and a half and covers three things: which systems we connect first, who on your side owns each one, and how we handle the business associate agreement requirements for anything touching patient-related data. We won't need to see any patient information in the session itself. Who should be in the room? My suggestion is you, someone from patient services, and whoever in IT looks after the CRM and the helpdesk. If your liaison leads can join for the first part, that would help me understand how they work with each referring hospital today. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you? I'm flexible on mornings, and I'll work around Chicago time. Kind regards, Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Danielle Okonkwo 1 May 2026 11:20Hi Ollie, Great to hear from you. We're excited. One of our liaisons landed a new hospital relationship this week, so the energy is high on my team. Kickoff works. Tuesday at 10:00 Chicago time is good for me, or Wednesday at the same time if Tuesday slips. Let's loop in the liaisons for the first part like you suggested. I'll bring someone from patient services and our IT contact for the systems piece. One ask. Can you send a short agenda ahead of time? I need to get it to the leadership team by Friday so they know what to expect. And just so we're clear, nothing patient-related goes over email. We'll keep it to systems and process. Thanks, Danielle
