Current to 11 Oct 26Mostly scheduling: Danielle Okonkwo accepted a Wednesday 14:00 Central walkthrough with two liaisons. She will not discuss numbers until Greg, who signs, has seen the proposal, and wants the draft by Friday.
Ask: Jordan Pike offered a forty-five minute walkthrough covering liaison views, the HIPAA and business associate agreement side, and rollout. Danielle agreed and asked for the draft ahead of the call.
Customer view: She wants two liaisons on the call to say what they need. She names Greg as the signer and will not talk numbers until he has seen the proposal.
Next: Jordan needs Greg on the call and the draft sent before it.

- Jordan Pike 26 Feb 2026 12:20Hi Danielle, Thanks for the time on the last call. Here's where we are: the proposal is drafted and I'd like to walk you through it before it goes anywhere else. To be transparent, I want to cover three things: what each liaison sees per referrer, how the HIPAA and business associate agreement side works, and what the rollout looks like. Forty-five minutes should do it. If you want your liaisons on the call, bring them. They'll ask better questions than I will. I can do Tuesday or Wednesday next week, any time in the afternoon your side. What works for you? Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Okonkwo 26 Feb 2026 12:32Jordan, Yes, let's do it. Wednesday at 14:00 Central works. Let's loop in two of the liaisons so they can say what they actually need before they walk into a referrer's office. One thing. I'm not going to talk numbers with you until Greg has seen the proposal. He signs, so he should be on the call too. I'll ask him today. I need the draft by Friday so I can read it over the weekend. Can you send it ahead of the call? Thanks, Danielle On 26 Feb 2026, at 12:20, Jordan Pike wrote: > I can do Tuesday or Wednesday next week, any time in the afternoon your side. What works for you?
