- Jordan Pike 12 Feb 2026 15:12Hi Danielle, Quick one on scheduling. You asked for a second session aimed at the reporting side, so Trent can see how the brain handles referral numbers next to his own reports. Here's where we are: Hannah can run it with your data in the room. I'd suggest an hour, and I'd like Trent on it, plus any liaisons you want to bring. Would Thursday or Friday next week work? Mornings are best for us if you can manage Central time. What would make this a yes for you and the leadership team? If there is a question they need answered, I'd rather we build the session around it. Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Okonkwo 17 Feb 2026 13:19Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week with the liaisons. Great news from the field though: one of them walked into a hospital meeting prepared and the referrer noticed. That's exactly why I want this. Thursday works. Can we do 10:00 Central? I'll bring Trent and two liaisons. I need him to be happy, so please let him ask the awkward questions. Thanks, Danielle
- Jordan Pike 18 Feb 2026 15:12Danielle, That's a great story, thank you for sharing it. Thursday at 10:00 Central is confirmed on our side. I'll send the invite today. Hannah will start by asking Trent what he most needs to know, so he can steer. Anything he wants us to prepare, like a sample of his reports to compare against, just send it over before then and we'll use it. Thanks, Jordan
