What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Brandon Ellison, Director of Patient Services, raised patient-level data, access administration and timeline. He is not against the proposal but wants Hannah Lowe's implementation plan before going further.
Ask: Brandon asked whether his staff would see patient-level data, who would administer access, and what the timeline is. Jordan Pike answered that scope is agreed with compliance and written into the business associate agreement, and gave 16 Apr 2026 as the target to have paperwork signed.
Customer view: Brandon said he is not against this but needs to know what is asked of his team and when. He cannot promise how quickly compliance will find time.
Next: Hannah Lowe puts the implementation plan in writing. The overall value in Jordan's proposal is £62k.

- Jordan Pike 10 Feb 2026 14:48Hi Danielle, hi Brandon, Thanks for the time today. To be transparent, I know we covered a lot in the demo, so here's where we are. What you saw: one view per referring hospital, with calls, tickets and contracts side by side, so a liaison walks in knowing the history. Danielle, I heard you loud and clear on wanting that for the whole team before the next referral review. What I'm sending next: - a short written summary of the Growth tier and what it covers - the proposal, with a breakdown. The overall value is £62,000 - the business associate agreement draft for your legal team to look at Brandon, you mentioned patient services would use this differently from referral relations. What would make this a yes for your team? A couple of examples would help Hannah shape a second walkthrough. Thanks, Jordan
- Brandon Ellison 10 Feb 2026 16:57Jordan, Thanks for the summary. A few questions from patient services, as we would not be the main users: First, can our staff see anything patient-level, or does the brain only hold referrer and contract information? Our compliance group will ask me this straight away. Second, who at Quarrington would need to administer access? I do not want my team depending on a request to another department every time someone joins. Third, what is the timeline if we did go ahead? Danielle is keen, but I need something realistic to take to my leadership. Brandon
- Jordan Pike 12 Feb 2026 12:51Brandon, Danielle, Good questions, Brandon. Taking them in order, and Hannah is copied so she can correct me. 1. Patient-level data: that depends on which of your systems you connect. We would agree the scope with your compliance group before anything is switched on, and it goes into the business associate agreement. I would rather you decide that deliberately than find out later. 2. Administration: you would have named admins on your side. Trent's team on the BI side is the natural fit, and we can talk about whether patient services gets its own delegate. 3. Timeline: I do not want to give you a number I cannot stand behind. We are working toward 16 Apr 2026 as the target to have paperwork signed, and Hannah will put the implementation plan in writing so you can see the steps. If it helps, Hannah and I can join a short call with your compliance contact. Just tell me who. Thanks, Jordan
- Brandon Ellison 13 Feb 2026 09:08Jordan, That is helpful, thank you. I will ask our compliance lead to join a call, although I cannot promise how quickly they will find time. I would like to see the plan from Hannah before we go further. I am not against this, I just need to know what is being asked of my team and when. Brandon
