Current to 12 Oct 26Danielle Okonkwo agreed to a demo on sample data with three liaisons and a patient services colleague, Thursday at 14:00 Central. She asked to see the referral trend view first. A senior colleague will not attend.
Ask: Danielle wants volume by referrer visible in one click, so the liaisons grasp it quickly. She will report back to a senior colleague who has delegated the detail.
Customer view: positive and decisive, with a deadline of Friday. Sample data is acceptable until the privacy and security team clears a connection.
Next: Jordan Pike sends the invite, opens with the referral trend view and builds in any referrer scenario the liaisons send.

- Jordan Pike 3 Feb 2026 11:11Hi Danielle, Quick one on the demo. Agenda is short: show how a liaison would see one referring hospital's calls, tickets and contracts in a single view, then take questions. To be transparent about the data: until your privacy and security team has cleared a connection, I'll run it on sample data that looks like a referral relationship, with no patient details. Once they sign off we can talk about your own data. Could you do Thursday or Friday this week? About an hour, and bring as many liaisons as you like. What would make this a yes for your team? Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Okonkwo 3 Feb 2026 12:33Jordan, Sample data is fine. I need this by Friday, so let's do Thursday at 14:00 Central if you can. Three liaisons will join, plus someone from patient services. One request: show me the referral trend view first. If I can see volume by referrer in a click, the liaisons will get it straight away. I'll worry about the rest after. Also, Greg will not be on the call. He has delegated the detail. I'll report back to him. Thanks, Danielle
- Jordan Pike 3 Feb 2026 13:28Danielle, Thursday at 14:00 Central is locked in on my side. I'll send the invite within the hour. Here's the plan: open with the referral trend view, as you asked, then one referring hospital end to end, then time for the liaisons' questions. I'll keep it tight and leave plenty of room at the end. If any liaison has a real referrer scenario they'd like me to mirror, send it over without names or patient details and I'll build it into the sample. Thanks, Jordan
