Current to 11 Oct 26After discovery, Jordan Pike proposed the Growth tier at a working deal value of £62,000, total including implementation. COO Gregory Hasselbeck made any move conditional on privacy and security approval and committed to nothing.
Ask: Jordan proposed the Growth tier running in the customer's own Snowflake account. He stated that £62,000 is the total value including the one-off implementation fee, not an annual price.
Customer view: Gregory asked about privacy risk, wanted one simple document and said he would not move before privacy and security approve. He closed with "No commitment until they have."
Next: Jordan sends the package to Danielle Okonkwo, who passes it on. The 16 Apr 2026 decision date is a plan, and the evidence does not show whether it was reached.

- Jordan Pike 16 Jan 2026 15:46Hi Danielle, hi Gregory, Thanks for the time today. Here's where we are. What I heard: your liaisons cover hospitals and physician groups across several states, and today each of them builds a picture of a referrer from calls, tickets and contracts held in different places. You want one view per referring hospital, so a liaison knows the referrer before walking in. What we'd propose: the Growth tier, with the brain running inside your own Snowflake account. The deal value in our working proposal is £62,000. To be transparent, that is the total value and includes the one-off implementation fee, not an annual price. Next steps on our side: I'll send a short written summary and the security and privacy documents your team will need, including our draft business associate agreement. What would make this a yes? Thanks, Jordan
- Gregory Hasselbeck 16 Jan 2026 18:09Jordan, Thank you. What's the risk on the privacy side? I will not move before our privacy and security teams have approved. Please keep it simple. One document for them, and nothing that creates extra work for my team. Danielle will coordinate on our side. Gregory Hasselbeck
- Jordan Pike 19 Jan 2026 09:13Hi Gregory, hi Danielle, Understood, Gregory. Here's the simple version. One package for your privacy and security teams: - A plain summary of how the data stays in your own Snowflake account. - The draft business associate agreement. - A short list of questions we expect them to ask, with our answers. To be transparent about the risk: nothing starts until they approve, and we don't need any patient information for the review. Danielle, I'd suggest you tell me who in privacy and security should receive it, and I'll send it directly. On timing, we are working towards 16 Apr 2026 as the expected decision date. That's a plan, not a commitment from either side. Thanks, Jordan
- Gregory Hasselbeck 20 Jan 2026 16:55Jordan, That works. Please send the package to Danielle, and she will pass it to privacy and security. As I said, we will see what they approve. No commitment until they have. Gregory Hasselbeck
