Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread to book the discovery call. Danielle Okonkwo, VP Referral Relations, proposed Thursday at 10:00 Central with two liaisons. She cited a field example of scattered referrer history and asked for no patient details by email.
Ask: Jordan Pike wanted about forty-five minutes with Danielle and one or two liaisons. Danielle replied on 13 Jan 2026 with Thursday at 10:00 Central and two liaisons, one from Illinois and one from Wisconsin.
Customer view: A liaison had to piece referrer history together from three places, which Danielle gave as the reason she is talking to BB-Demo. She set one condition: referrer names and volumes only, nothing with patient details.
Next: Jordan sends the invite and keeps all material free of patient information.

- Jordan Pike 9 Jan 2026 15:29Hi Danielle, Thanks for taking the intro call. To be transparent, my goal for the next conversation is simple: understand how your liaisons build a picture of each referring hospital today, and where that picture falls apart. Here's where we are: I'd like to book a discovery call of about forty-five minutes. Ideally you plus one or two liaisons who deal with referrers day to day, so I hear it from the field and not just from me guessing. Could you do Tuesday or Wednesday next week? I'm in New York, so Central time is easy for me to work to. Mornings are best on my side. What would make this a yes for you on timing? Happy to work around the liaisons' calendars. Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Okonkwo 13 Jan 2026 14:03Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply. Tuesday was a scramble and I lost the morning. Quick win from the field, though: one of my liaisons in Indiana walked into a hospital meeting last week and had to piece the referrer history together from three places. She was not happy. That's exactly why I'm talking to you. This week works better than next. Thursday at 10:00 Central, if you can still do it. I'll bring two liaisons, one from Illinois and one from Wisconsin. Let's loop in the right people so they can talk about real examples. One ask: please don't send me anything that needs patient details. We keep that out of email. Referrer names and volumes only. Send the invite and I'll accept it. Thanks, Danielle
