What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Procurement says the Enterprise order form was not signed on 7 Oct 2026. Henrik Lorenz needs three written confirmations before final internal approval and cannot give a date until then.
Ask: Matteo restated the £125,000 total deal amount, which includes the one-off implementation fee and is not an annual price. He said Growth at £50,000 a year stays in force until the Enterprise form is signed, and that discussion stays within the first term.
Customer view: Henrik wants confirmation of how the implementation fee shows against the subscription, that nothing applies beyond the first term, and supplier register details.
Next: Matteo owes written answers, with Owen Tallis available for any senior decision.

- Matteo Ricci 5 Oct 2026 14:33Dear Matthias, Henrik, Dennis, Thank you for your time on the call. I want to put the main points in writing, as promised. - The Enterprise order form carries a total deal amount of £125,000. That figure includes the one-off implementation fee and is not an annual price. - Your existing Growth contract stays in force until the Enterprise order form is signed. It is £50,000 a year for 40 licensed users and runs to 2 Feb 2027. - The discussion on commercial terms stays within the first term only, as I explained. I have not offered anything beyond that. Henrik, I understand procurement will want to review the supplier terms, and Dennis, I expect you will want to see how the invoicing is structured. Tell me what each of you needs and I will answer in writing. Our working target for signature is 7 Oct 2026. Owen is copied because he will join if any point needs a senior decision on our side. Best regards, Matteo
- Henrik Lorenz 8 Oct 2026 17:21Dear Matteo, Thank you for your summary. Procurement has now been through the order form and the supplier terms. As you will have seen, the order form was not signed on 7 Oct 2026. We still have some open points, and I would like to be clear about where we are rather than leave it vague. Three items need an answer from you in writing: - Please confirm how the implementation fee is shown on the order form compared with the subscription, so that Dennis can reconcile it with our budget. - Please confirm the commercial terms in the order form match what was discussed on the call, in particular that nothing applies beyond the first term. - Please send us the information we need to update our supplier register entry for this service. Once I have those, I can take the form to the final internal approval. I cannot give you a date until then. Kind regards, Henrik Lorenz Head of Procurement, Brenneck Pay
