Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar recaps the connector order: CRM and helpdesk, then payments data. Jonas Albrecht agrees 09:30 Thursday, flags a CRM schema change on his side and will set up the access role himself.
Ask: Hamza confirms the order, CRM and helpdesk first and payments data after, and asks for a connector session slot.
Customer view: Jonas confirms Thursday at 09:30 and says the CRM export has moved schema, with nothing broken. He will create the role himself and give its name on the call.
Next: Hamza maps to the new schema only and asks that the old one stays until after the session for comparison.

- Hamza Akhtar 16 Mar 2026 17:02Hi Jonas, Following our call today, a quick summary so we are both working from the same page. - We start with the CRM and the helpdesk, as they matter most to the merchant account managers. - The payments data comes after that, once you are comfortable with how the schema is laid out in the EU region. - You will tell me which role should own the brain's objects, and I will not ask for anything beyond that. Could you suggest a slot this week for the connector session? Thursday morning would be ideal for me, but tell me if there is a better time on your side. If something stops loading, I would like us to look at it together rather than by email. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Jonas Albrecht 19 Mar 2026 11:19Hamza, Thursday works, mornings only. Make it 09:30. Two things before then. The CRM export lands in a different schema from the one I described on the call. That is a schema change on our side, not yours. I checked the load history and it is consistent since it moved, so nothing is broken, but please do not map to the old name. Second, which role has access? I will not grant anything by email, so I will set it up myself before the session and tell you the role name on the call. Jonas
- Hamza Akhtar 19 Mar 2026 13:06Jonas, 09:30 it is, I will send the invite shortly. Understood on the schema, I will map to the new name only. And thanks for taking the role step yourself. Tell me the role name when we speak and I will confirm it matches what we configured on our side. One small request: if you can leave the old schema in place until after the session, I can compare the two and note the change in the set-up document you will want to hand to an auditor later. Speak soon, Hamza
