Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar asks Jonas Albrecht for a session to connect the brain to Snowflake and confirm the EU region. Jonas agrees a Thursday but wants the object list written down first and no credentials sent by email.
Ask: Hamza wants a working session to connect the brain to the Snowflake account and confirm the EU region setup before the first connectors.
Customer view: Jonas is cooperative but strict on access. He will not send credentials by email and wants the list of objects the brain reads, because auditors ask which role has access.
Next: Hamza sends the object list and role definition, read access only, and the two meet in the console on Thursday at 09:30.

- Hamza Akhtar 20 Feb 2026 12:19Hi Jonas, Thanks for your time on the call earlier this week. As agreed, I'd like to book a working session to connect the brain to your Snowflake account and confirm the EU region setup before we start on the first connectors. Could you give me a couple of slots next week? I'd suggest an hour and a half, with you on the line so we can go through the role and warehouse setup together. If anyone from merchant risk wants to listen in, that is fine, but it is not needed for this one. Best, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Jonas Albrecht 23 Feb 2026 17:55Hamza, Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning work. Not Friday: I don't touch production on a Friday, and that includes a new role in the account. Two things before we meet. I will not send credentials or grant access by email, so we do it on the call, in the console. And I need the list of objects the brain wants to read. Which role has access is the first thing our auditors ask, so I want it written down before anything is created. Jonas
- Hamza Akhtar 24 Feb 2026 13:49Hi Jonas, Understood on both points. Thursday morning suits me, so let's say 09:30. I will keep it to the console, with nothing sent over email. I will send the list of objects and the role definition this afternoon so you can review it first. It is a short document, and I have kept it to read access only, as discussed. Speak Thursday. Best, Hamza
