What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar proposed a Friday connector session. Jonas Albrecht refused because he does not change production on Fridays, asked for the target schema first, and agreed to Tuesday afternoon after Hamza apologised.
Ask: Jonas wants to see what the connector writes and where, and to know before any schema change happens.
Customer view: firm but constructive. He will attend alone, and Katrin's team need not attend until there is something to look at.
Next: Hamza will send the target schema document ahead of the Tuesday afternoon session.

- Hamza Akhtar 9 Feb 2026 15:26Hi Jonas, I am picking up the connector work for Brenneck Pay with Laura's notes from the earlier sessions. Before I propose anything, I want to agree a slot with you for the first connector set-up. I would suggest a two-hour block this Friday afternoon, if you are free. We would bring up the first source, check what loads, and stop there. The aim is to see real records arriving in your account, not to finish everything in one go. Could you let me know whether that works, and who else from your side should be on the session? Best, Hamza
- Jonas Albrecht 11 Feb 2026 08:37Hamza, Not Friday. I do not change production on a Friday, and a first connector is a change in production as far as I am concerned. Any day Tuesday to Thursday is fine. I will be on the session on my own. Katrin's team will not need to attend until there is something to look at. Before we start, tell me what the connector writes and where. I want to see the target schema first, so that I know what is a new object and what touches something existing. If it is a schema change, I want to know before it happens, not after. Jonas
- Hamza Akhtar 12 Feb 2026 08:12Hi Jonas, Understood on Friday, apologies for suggesting it. Let us take Tuesday next week, in the afternoon. I will send a calendar invite for the same slot today. I will send the target schema as a short document before then, so you can read it ahead of the session. It will list every object the connector creates, and it will say clearly that nothing existing is altered. If you spot anything that looks like a change to an existing object, please flag it and we will go through it together before we begin. Best, Hamza
