Current to 11 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon sought time with Jonas Albrecht, who owns the Snowflake account. He replied five days later: Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons, nothing on Fridays, and a written list of roles and grants, with no access granted by email.
Ask: Jonas wants the expected roles and grants as a document to review before the first session, and he will create any new role himself.
Customer view: cautious and control-minded rather than hostile. He apologised for the slow reply and gave clear conditions.
Next: BB-Demo must work to his schedule and send the written list of roles and grants.

- Laura Penhaligon 6 Feb 2026 14:08Hi Jonas, Following the call, I would like to get the onboarding sessions into the diary. As I understand it, you are the person who owns the Snowflake account the brain will run in, so I would like to plan the technical sessions around your availability first and fit everyone else around you. Two things would help me: - Which days next week suit you for a working session of about an hour? - Is there a day you would rather we did not touch anything in the account? I know some teams keep certain days clear. I will keep the first session to the basics: what we need set up in Snowflake, who needs which access, and the order we connect your sources in. Nothing gets changed in your account until you have seen it written down. Thanks, Laura Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Jonas Albrecht 11 Feb 2026 14:09Laura, Sorry for the slow reply. It was a busy few days on the pipeline side. Tuesday or Wednesday next week works. Afternoon is better. I do not change anything in production on a Friday, so please do not plan anything that depends on Friday. One thing for the first session. Send me the list of roles and grants you expect before we meet, as a document I can review. I will not grant access by email. If something needs a new role, I will create it in Snowflake myself and we can look at it together. Also, which role has access to what you need, and what does it need to read? I would rather answer that from a list than from memory. Jonas
